Nevertheles, we still can hope for DLC or TES VI. Obviously, it's not very likely that any of them will be added to Skyrim. Feel free to add anything you would like to see, or to tell why some or all of these weapons shouldn't be in your opinion in Skyrim. Of course, it can't be exhaustive (sadly, mankind has a nearly unbounded imagination for killing methods). I just put any idea popping in my mind in a horribly long list. But I think it would be cool to see something else than the sempiternal sword. So instead of complaining about spears and why they should be there and aren't, I just think we could discuss about the possibility to add other weapon types, and why it should or shouldn't be done.
I read many treads about spears and crossbows, and I think other interesting weapons are totally overshadowed by them.
